Today we create and build digital businesses that deeply connect with the consumer and drive business results.Currently Createthe Group is looking for a senior level New Business Development professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the agency. Candidate must have previous business development experience in online media, or technology.
The candidate will liaise with company management team, senior account managers and Chief Client Officer in all new business proposals and pitches. You will co-ordinate and drive new business end to end, from the generating & handling of enquires, to managing pitches and on-boarding new clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow through on potential leads for the agency
Own sales and pitch process for prospects from initial contact through closing the deal
Assist in new business initiatives for current clients and help identify strategic ways to deepen existing relationships
Coordinate internal pitches for all proposals, lead pitch requirements meetings and conduct follow ups to closely manage process
Research and draft proposals, with input from management, creative, tech, production and account management team, aid in the determination of project scope and requirements gathering.
Skills:
Business Development Experience in interactive agency, online media or technology a must!
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and take proactive initiatives
Possesses energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Detail oriented with superb prioritization and organization skills
Highly Proficient in office (PPT, Word and Excel)
Excellent business writing, editing and proof-reading skills
Superior presentation, client-facing and communication skills
Passion for online media, technology and social networking
Experience as an Account Management Experience in digital environment
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as set personal goals and work independently
Bachelor?s degree
