SpringCM is looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for reserarching and identifying prospective customer contacts covering a territory using company websites, web searches and networking tools such as LinkedIn. The preferred candidate will have a 1-2 year track record of sales success against quota. Recent college graduates may be considered. The candidate must have a fun and engaging personality, competitive work ethic and must not be technology phobic. The candidate must possess the desire to work in a high volume, start-up environment and have the ability to succeed in that environment. The candidate will be measured on weekly, monthly and quarterly goals as well as quota. Regardless of industry background, the candidate should have a demonstrable history of consistent work ethic and a positive attitude.
This job is ideally suited for someone who is seeking a long-term career in sales or business operations. This is a role that is well suited for a sales executive who desires to work in a highly collaborative organization that provides growth potential and significant upside reward. At a minimum, the individual should possess a bachelor's degree.
Major Responsibilities:
Effectively engage and sell the leading cloud based ECM
80 to 100 phone calls per day, delivering a well-defined sales pitch
With provided training, research and identify prospective customer contacts, learn to inform customers of a value with the enterprise content management solution and convert to qualified demonstrations
Consistently meet and exceed goals
Maintain accurate adn up to date customer and call activity records in Salesforce.com
Key Selection Criteria:
Bachelor?s degree

Excellent communication skills ? written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to interact with people successfuly, either in person or over the phone, to lead or persuade, overcome challenges or organize activity
Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
