BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Calabrio

This position works closely with the marketing team on lead generation, lead nurturing and
appointment setting for the Calabrio sales team and partners.
Candidates must have excellent communications skills, a have a high level of energy, a competitive
drive and a proven ability to engage prospects and close appointments. This is a high visibility role
within our high-growth business, with opportunity to advance.
What you?ll do:
? Quickly establish rapport with existing and perspective customers
? Engage in open, dynamic and unscripted dialog to uncover and pinpoint customer needs
? Listen more than talk to uncover customer needs
? Quickly assess customer needs, urgency and pain points
? Use Calabrio contact relationship management system (CRM) to manage leads
Generate and Nurture Leads
? Qualify prospects
? Work directly with the sales team to identify regional targets
? Accurately document and successfully pass opportunities to the sales team
What we are looking for:
? 4 year college degree ? Business, Management or Marketing a plus
? B2B Sales or Internship experience in Sales or Telemarketing/Telesales
? Software experience a plus
