We are growing. iModules is the leading provider of online engagement and communication tools to the education market. We partner with some of the largest fundraising organizations in the world, including The University of Texas, Penn State, Rutgers and Notre Dame. We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our team.
The Business Development Representative will work with the Sales Team to research prospects, generate sales pipeline and qualify leads within an assigned territory in the Education market.
Responsibilities include:
? Research prospective clients and education market trends.
? Develop sales pipeline and qualify prospective clients within assigned territory.
? Build relationships with prospective clients.
? Maintaining updated information in SalesForce.
? Represent iModules at tradeshows and seminars.
? Miscellaneous projects.
Desired qualifications/experience:
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Knowledge of Internet/web technologies and technical aptitude?i.e., CRM, CMS, email marketing, e-commerce, social media, etc.
? Experience in the Higher Education Market, Advancement and/or Alumni Relations desirable
? 1 ? 2 years sales experience.
? Knowledge of the internet and software selling strategies.
? PC skills, including Word, Excel and other MS Office apps.
? SalesForce experience desirable.
? Bachelor?s degree preferred.
Compensation and benefits:
Total compensation includes base salary + commission. Medical, dental, disability, life and vision benefits. 401k plan. Company laptop provided.
Position opening:
Immediate. These individuals will be based at iModules' corporate headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. This position requires approximately 10 percent travel.
