Responsible for pipeline development and new business creation through lead generation and qualification as well as thorough new account prospecting and appointment setting.
Proactively identify, locate and qualify new business leads by making the necessary volume of phone calls and emails to generate meetings and event attendees.
Provide product introduction and demonstration. Explain product offerings and features/benefits to increase new business sales in territories with and without a Regional Account Manager (RAM).
Work with the Regional Account Managers to successfully convert prospects into customers.
Act as the primary contact regarding prospective customer questions.
Act as the primary sales account manager in territories with no Regional Account Manager staffing.
Maintaining an accurate sales database (Oracle E-Business) with accurate lead/opportunity notes.
Serve as a primary role in sales campaigns and provides support in national and regional marketing campaigns.

Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in sales, previous tele-sales or inside sales preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Oracle preferred.
Willingness to travel on occasion.
