About the Opportunity
The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) is a critical function at Andera. The BDR acts as the key connection between the Marketing and Sales processes. The BDR follows up on leads generated through Marketing efforts, qualifies them against a set of defined criteria and passes them to the Sales team. Additionally, the BDR will generate outside business opportunities by identifying key Accounts, cultivating relationships and working pipeline. Solid sales foundation and Strong phone skills a must. The BDR is compensated on base plus commission.
Call inbound leads from bank and credit union executives across the country (marketing, technology, eCommerce and C-suite executives).
Generate outside business opportunities by calling key prospects; build rapport and sell the solution
Maintain pipeline of key accounts
Schedule additional conversations to sell the value of our SaaS-based account opening and lending platform and to qualify sales opportunities against a list of defined criteria.
Partner closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition from qualified opportunity to the deal closing process.
Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly goals.
Document conversations and qualification information in Salesforce.
Share prospect insights with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams on a regular basis.
Bachelor?s degree required
