Set up buyer conversations with heads of Marketing and Sales within targeted prospects for Senior New Business Account Executives.
Daily metric goals:
40 buyer conversations setup per month
50+ outbound cold calls and e-mails per day
1.5 - 2 year commitment in the BDR role.
Provided successful results, you are the future ?bench? to be a New Business Account Executive.
The BDR will dotted-line report to the three New Business Account Executives they will support while getting buyer conversations, and will be overseen by the VP of Sales.
Salesforce.com or similar CRM knowledge is a big plus.
Well-spoken and not afraid to pick up the phone to make cold-calls.
Good at writing quick, creative attention getting e-mails.
