Actiance is seeking a passionate, sales focused individual to lead our existing relationships with social media business partners- and forge new ones. You'll need previous experience in business development, sales or product management and you'll know the social space like the back of your hand.
This position is critical to expanding the reach of our current and new partner community and in helping to drive further joint business and demand generation pipeline through our partners. You will be accountable for partner leads and opportunity targets. You will be enabling both partner teams and the Actiance team on our joint value proposition, delivering on targets and ensuring our social partner ecosystem is world class.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Vice President of Business Development to define and execute Actiance's social media partner strategy
Engage with a variety partners including: social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.); social media consultants; creative agencies; other ISVs
Work with Actiance Product Management to define areas of partnership
Collaborate with Actiance Marketing to promote Actiance through our social media partnerships
Leverage our Social Media partnerships to drive net new deals for the Actiance sales team and influence existing deals
Be able to publicly present and demo Actiance's social media solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5+ years of previous social media experience
Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of product management, marketing and sales
Highly motivated and able to work independently
