The purpose of this position is to provide business intelligence to management within the iSqFt
Manufacturer Sales business unit. The Business Intelligence Analyst will develop analytical approaches
that align to performance goals within sales and retention. This role will build, track, trend and analyze
data models to provide management with tools and intelligence to define, recommend and execute
optimal strategies across the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Internal Analytics & Results Tracking:
? Develop modeling that aligns sales & retention forecasting with activity metrics and
conversion ratios. ? Sales Reporting, Customer Success Manager (CSM) Report, Call
Report, Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
? Pricing analysis for new business, renewals and industry segments.
? Generate forecasting and results tracking for Sales and Retention to provide management
insight into business activities.
? Create and maintain vertical industry analysis for territorial planning and account distribution
of new sales suspects.
? Identify/create metrics for ROI tracking for customers for managerial reporting, stress triggers
for current customers and value positioning for renewals.
Business Development Strategy:
? Identify strategies for upselling/cross-selling opportunities of current customer base.
? Formulate analytic approaches to identify industry trends and new market opportunity. ?
Refining & Continuing Existing Ideal Profile Process working cross-functionally with the
? Collect, analyze and generate intelligence to provide insight into customer characteristics for
the development of ideal customer profiles.? Develop vertical analysis to provide insight into industry markets and develop strategy for
capturing market share within respective markets.
Pre & Post Sale Analytics, Activities & Support (Customer Facing):
? Development of analytical tools to support the Sales & Retention team in value positioning for
prospects and customers.
? ROI cases for renewals, and engage with decision makers to ensure product offerings are
realized and value is being received.
? Develop strategic approaches for high risk accounts, engaging decision makers to align
business needs to product offerings in efforts to recapture business.
? Work with customers to ensure the iSqFt product value received is maximized and aligned to
customer expectations through ongoing keyword refinement and training.
? Train customers on the strategic advantages of implementing the Design Team Report into
their go-to-market strategy.
? Create ad hoc analysis that supports strategic positioning and value offerings for new sales.

? Demonstrated experience in creating detailed data requirements from high-level business
? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information
to a broad audience? Exceptional excel skills along with strong knowledge of other MS Office applications including
Access, Word & PowerPoint
? SQL querying experience
? Excellent group presentation skills
? Motivated, self-directing individual able to work independently with minimal supervision
? Able to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Experience and Educational Requirements:
? 4 year college degree preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, Economics,
Mathematics and/or a combination or similar area of focus.
? A minimum of 2 - 4 years of successful data analytic experience.
