Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Atlanta, GA location.
The Data Services team is introducing infrastructure to quickly produce analytics and reports for our customers across our product line.
As a part of this effort, this individual will be expected to interact with customers and develop solutions to address their business needs. Development work on this team will involve report development, designing and creating processes to configuring new clients to use reporting, internal tools to support/configure the reports and analyze/evaluate bugs and determine proper steps for resolution.
The individual will also analyze data from numerous data sources to provide meaningful information to clients and internal staff.
Duties:?Collaborate with other members of the Data Services team to develop and enhance the reporting and analytical capabilities of the department.
?Gather and document requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients for the purposes of actionable reporting.
?Design and development of automated reporting solutions to enable clients to manage the business and make effective decisions using a variety of reporting tools.
?Develop and maintain report product line documentation.
?Work with Marketing/Sales to develop analytic sales material.
?May participate or be assigned to special projects as needed.
?Additional job duties will vary depending on the candidate?s background.
Qualifications:?Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related subject.

Key Plus Skills
?Strong experience in working Microsoft Office (especially in Microsoft Excel).

?Experience in a programing language (such as Java).
?Experience with SQL Reporting Services or Crystal Reports
