In order to support the company through its significant growth and to enhance and nurture the company reputation ? we are seeking for a talented, enthusiastic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our successful team.
RTB is an innovative real time ad buying technology, which offers some exciting analytical challenges. Business Intelligence for RTB focuses on improving performance by supporting and optimizing business processes and delivering strategic insights on markets and RTB platforms. The team works closely with business development and our RTB platforms partners, as well as our central teams on a national and international level.
As a member of our Business Intelligence Team, you will be based in our New York office, and will support operations in US, Canada, Central and South America. You will report directly to the BI Director of the region. You will be in charge of:
RTB Platforms analysis and optimization ? Analyzing complex and large datasets from
multiple sources, you?ll learn how to detect problems with the performance of our RTB
technology, and suggest improvements that will have immediate impact.
Performance reviews ? Analyzing on a daily basis the performance of RTB partners and direct publishers in your geography, understand the trends and variations, and escalate the potential issues
Daily support to BD in market ? Supporting commercial teams facing RTB platforms and direct publishers in market in their day to day tasks.
Knowledge sharing ? Building a solid knowledge base on your geographies. You will be supported in this task by a dedicated Central BI analyst
Technical studies and analysis ? Delivering on ad hoc projects and run real world tests that will help develop the commercial relationships with our RTB partners and direct publishers
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Degree in economics, business admin, mathematics/statistics or IT/engineering
Advanced skills in MS excel and at least basic skills in MS SQL, Vertica or other database applications
Experience with Hadoop, MS Office (word,PowerPoint) a plus
Experience with technical aspects of online data collection/ETL-processes a plus
Fluent English spoken and written
Basic knowledge in business operations, reporting, analysis design, segmentation, testing, KPI-development,process streamlining
Knowledge of retargeting products, online advertising and inventory management a plus
Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment
Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry adapting flexibly to changes
