Campus Explorer is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst to help us continue our incredible growth trajectory.

As a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst, you will act as the primary liaison between multiple business areas and our tech team for report development purposes. You will design and develop business intelligence tools by identifying report requirements and determining business rules through a logical process to ensure that reporting meets enterprise needs. Along with a talent and passion for building BI tools/systems, you will also identify and call out both good and bad performances across the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work in a data warehouse / OLAP environment, which includes data design, data integration, database architecture, metadata and report creation
Guide business areas in identifying new data needs and delivery mechanisms for reporting information
Manage the design and implementation of user defined dashboards and reports
Augment and develop reporting tools that automate and streamline business intelligence processes
Provide expertise to business areas in understanding enterprise data, definitions, and the available BI tools
Assist with the continuous enhancement and support of existing data warehousing and business intelligence solutions
Provide operational analytics support for strategic business initiatives and business process improvement as directed by management
Work independently or as a member of a small team to conduct rigorous, fact-based research to advise senior management on critical business decisions
Deliver work that meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor?s degree preferably in Computer Science or Business-related field
Experience developing and working in an OLAP environment
Strong data analysis and architect skills
Strong SQL experience with relational databases
Scripting language experience a plus
Experience building scalable systems and large data sets that allow businesses to answer complex questions about the data
Organized, detail-oriented personality with the ability to multi-task in an entrepreneurial environment
Comfort and experience performing analyses to distill and draw out insights from complex data sources
Highly motivated to solve challenging business problems
Ability to work well and build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization
Impeccable integrity, work ethic and commitment; positive ?can-do? attitude
