Full DescriptionNoesis Energy is building reporting solutions to address the varying needs of customers that have data reporting requirements that are unique to their business. Noesis Energy is looking for an individual that has experience in the creation and maintenance of KPI's, analytical reports and graphical dashboards as well as strong technical skills in database design and ETL This individual will be working closely with Noesis Energy Analysts to acquire the data necessary to report on and improve the energy consumption for our customers.
Responsibilities
--Design, create, and implement new ETL processes and OLAP solutions based upon business
requirements that are collected from other departments within the organization. The process
will include importing and exporting data as well as creating test cases.
--Develop custom database schemas that integrate with the existing Noesis data model.
--Build custom reports and dashboards to meet end user requirements.
--Design and assist in the maintenance of operational systems.
--Create and review energy reports/dashboards with customers.
--Create, track and report on Energy KPIs with customers.
--Work with delivery partners on performing facility audits and walkthroughs to collect data.
Qualifications:
--5+ years relational database experience including:
o SQL Query Writing
o Database modeling (operational and/or warehouse)
o Database Administration experience a plus
-- 3+ years ETL experience inclusive of
o ETL Tools
o Scripting (shell scripts, stored procedures, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc)
-- 2+ years defining and building user/customer facing reports and dashboards
--Experience in additional programming (Java, C#) a plus
--Business Intelligence planning and development experience
--Proficient in the manipulation and use of large and complex databases.
--Strong understanding of database and data warehouse concepts and structures.
--Bachelor's degree
