Business Intelligence Manager SendMe Mobile

Summary

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager work directly with various business teams within mbuzzy/SendMe. Responsibilities will include the full-cycle management of Business Intelligence Projects and ownership of mbuzzys management reporting and analysis functions. This is an excellent opportunity to help drive an exciting and growing function within mbuzzy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Work cross-functionally with various business teams to determine and meet their business intelligence needs including: campaign management, reporting, and analysis
- Manage projects including ROI and segmentation analyses
- Create reports and analyses
- Provide reporting and product performance details to key stake holders and provide critical input and analysis to inform decisions
- Provide data capture and reporting requirements to the product development team to provide desired visibility into key product metrics
- Provide detailed data analysis and scrutiny to identify authentic trends and insights while excluding anomalies and unsubstantiated theories
- Develop new insights and theories that inform product decisions and ultimately drive key business metrics

Requirements

- BA or BS degree in a technical field
- 4+ years of Business Intelligence or Database Marketing experience
- Demonstrated management and project management skills
- Excellent analytic skills
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills
- Experience working with page tag-based web analytics data (Omniture, Google Analytics WebSideStory, or similar) not required but a plus
- Experience with SAS or other statistical analysis packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to clearly set and manage expectations across the organization
- Proactive problem solving - able to identify problems and suggest solutions
- Excited about working in a challenging, fast-paced, high-growth and fun environment
- Experience in social media or social gaming is a huge plus.
