Business Intelligence Product Manager Twelvefold Media
Twelvefold Media is building out its business intelligence discipline. We already work with big data and are moving to the next level of understanding our data. We utilize both first and third party data sources and need real-time insights. We support decision-making by customers, partners, and internal staff as well as bill our customers and pay our partners. Our reporting system is the backbone of all the data presented to advertisers, partners, and internal users via web based reporting.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to own and define how business intelligence is done at Twelvefold.
Applicants should be comfortable manipulating massive amounts of data and be passionate about data quality and integrity. Correctly solving the needs of users is critical to success in this role.
Solve user?s data needs by analyzing business problems to develop detailed requirements. Communicate those requirements through PRDs
Work with the development team to ensure a high quality implementation of your specs
Coordinate the development of requirements, the identification of dependencies with other Product teams, the development and execution of detailed test plans and project plans in order to ensure on-time, on-spec releases
Manage customer support and complex data requests, including root cause analysis of customer facing data issues
Train end-users on new products and features
Knowledge of data warehousing in the Web domain, working knowledge of SQL, proven project management skills, process design experience, and customer support experience, esp. with the QA of information products
Big data experience
4+ years? experience in product management and product development
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to hold your own in a technical discussion
Knowledge of Tableau
Economics or engineering degree
Experience with agile development methodology
