Description -----Must be Authorized to work for any US Employer----Our BI group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated lead Analyst to make an immediate impact. The BI team is one of the most visible areas of the business and has executive support that has energized our purpose. Our team is made up of System Analysts, Sr. Developers, System Architects and Data Architects. You have an opportunity to bring tremendous value to the business in this leadership role. Our culture is based on a scrum/ agile methodology, with highly engaged business partners. We work closely as a team to support a very dynamic and unpredictable environment, working daily to create a culture of change, communication, ideas and ways to do things better with each technology shift. Our IT people are some of the best in the business and getting better every day.
Our slated projects for the year include upgrading our infrastructure to SQL Server 2012, Sharepoint 2013, implementing executive dashboards and self-service data analytics tools for the business.

Requirements
-----Must be Authorized to work for any US Employer----
?4 years in IT Infrastructure as a Business Analyst
?6 years BI experience in an enterprise environment
?6 years is a Lead role
?4 years working with Scrum/Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, Project Management and rolled up executive statuses
?Working knowledge of the Kimball data warehousing methodology.
?4 years of SharePoint experience, including Excel services and Power Pivot/Power View
Preferred:
A BA in computer Science
