Business Manager Serus
Serus Corporation -- an enterprise software solution provider that helps companies manage their outsourced manufacturing operations -- The successful candidate will work directly with customers to understand their supply chain challenges and use those insights to architect and deploy a solution that meets their technical and process needs. Success in this role will be defined by external metrics (customer satisfaction, on-time deployments) as well as internal metrics (contribution to product roadmap and strategy). This individual will also participate in pre-sales activities such as customer workshops, demos, business analysis. A natural progression for this role would be leadership of professional services across the business unit.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
Experience in a client facing role as part of a professional service organization.
Experience in deploying ERP (SAP or Oracle) or APS (e.g. i2, Kinaxis, APO, ASCP) is a must.
Domain expertise in Operations and Supply Chain for short lifecycle, material intensive industries such as consumer electronics, networking equipment Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 6 years of equivalent work experience Data literacy with the ability to work with and interpret supply chain data Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel ? up to 25%
Significant Plus:
Experience with outsourcing models and working with contract manufacturers, 3PLs etc.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages Comfortable with database concepts and working with commercial databases like Oracle, QL-Server Working knowledge of one or more of the following languages - Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Thai, Spanish
