MINDBODY is looking for a Business Partner Product Manager who will gain understanding of the market, manage a backlog, and work with technical teams to deliver features that delight our customers and generate revenue. What you?ll be doing:
Being the voice of MINDBODY partners and customers, providing a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
Have a thorough understanding of our business so that you may collaborate with potential partners and thinking up new business opportunities.
Collaborating with the business and product development teams to define, design, accept, and adapt features
Performing market research, including making client and partner visits and attending tradeshows to ensure you understand our clients? needs
Managing and leading your Scrum team to project success
What you can do:
You can translate business and technical goals into small, testable releases
You have a high degree of professionalism and have had previous face-time with executives within a large organization
You are an excellent public speaker and are good at getting people on board with your ideas
You can make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible
You are good at saying 'no' when needed and leading teams through such decisions
You have 2-3 years? experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Development, or Business Analyst in a commercial software product company or e-commerce environment
You know and are familiar with analytics tools and can use data to come to make smart business decisions.
