Analyst position which will be required to audit for root cause all order cancellations and draw conclusions based on research and provide factual evidence to support any conclusions provided to allow for process and systems changes to be recommended in order to improve the book to bill rate.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include but are not limited to:
Data Analysis and examination and evaluation of cancellations to determine root cause
Submission of reports to Vice President of Quality Assurance on root cause analysis, process adherence
Provide evidence and recommendations for Quality Watch issuance
Assist in the monitoring of remediation of the Quality Watches that have been issued
Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
Mid-Level Knowledge and proficiency with Excel
Telecom knowledge and minimum 1 year experience in industry
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
Systems knowledge and familiarity with various billing and fulfillment systems
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Constant computer typing and use of mouse.
Near constant sitting at workstation.
Near constant use of telephone with or without headset.
General office environment; fast paced; can be noisy
