To further embrace our new and formal business process management philosophy, we need talented individuals like you with the desire and working knowledge to assist and lead in end-to-end business process activities. You will diagnose process improvement opportunities, develop solutions, lead process design and manage implementation using principles of process excellence?Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, 5S?and related tools.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will:
?Utilize Six Sigma, process principles, project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to design and improve process models depicting live, production business processes
?Model process inputs, outputs and process steps variable by product, network element type and distribution channel
?Utilize strong analytical skills and demonstrate innovative thinking and solution designing with attention to detail
?Lead business process activities including creating, reviewing, designing, improving, implementing and controlling business processes
?Partner with functional leaders to experiment, innovate and explore the potential in new or improved approaches
?Make recommendations to management and functional leaders on issues impacting Business Process
Location: The position is open to candidates currently living in an Integra market (see www.integratelecom.com for a list of all states); however, the desired location is in Portland (OR), Vancouver (WA), Denver (CO), or Golden Valley (MN).
Demonstrated working knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, Kaizen and/or Kanban process optimization techniques and 3-5 years of experience modeling business processes.
