About the Job
We are currently seeking a junior level Training Coordinator to support the Energy Efficiency - Implementation Support team in our Salt Lake City, Utah office. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of training experience and will be focused on the creation and delivery of policies and procedures, and training information to the representatives of Business Process group and ensuring their understanding of material. This person will also oversee the creation and management of program Laserfiche workflows.
Duties and Responsibilities
Understanding and implementation of program scopes for each Business Process program
o Understand and provide training for all tariff, contract, and scope changes
o Update all applicable policy & procedures manuals related to scope changes and adjustments
Onboarding of new programs
o Provide hands-on creation of Laserfiche workflow and testing
o Provide ongoing Laserfiche workflow changes and support for all Business Process programs
o Continue to learn and develop new Laserfiche functionality within Business Process
o Creation and delivery of training documents
o Conduct regularly scheduled side-by-sides with each representative to ensure tools are being followed (call logs, databases, policy manuals, etc.)
o Onboarding of individuals (new hire or internal transfers)
o Listen to customer service calls across department to calibrate telephone quality
o Organize and run customer service calibration activities with Business Process Coordinators
o Recurring training based on compliance, information management, and metrics/reporting details
Specific creation of all policy and procedure documentation for all programs
o Standardization of documents, format, and detailed instructions
o Responsible for any/all program manual updates
o Training and understanding of all program manual updates
o Development of the following pieces of curriculum:
Tool operation and trouble shooting
Onboarding training plans for all programs
Customer service onboarding
Laserfiche operation and troubleshooting
Recurring program training
Customer & Client Satisfaction
o Policy & procedure manuals are updated in real-time at all times
o Representatives are trained appropriately prior to production and/or process change implementation
BS/BA Degree, or experience commensurate with degree
1-3 of work experience as a trainer including creating training curriculums and training in both classroom and 1 on 1 settings
Proficient with Laserfiche programs
Strong written, oral and presentation skills
Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to quickly assimilate information and describe it in a tangible way to non-technical staff
Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple time-dependent tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
