Business Systems Analyst III (VoIP)
Location: Flexible: Austin,TX/ Seattle, WA/Pleasanton, CA/San Jose, CA

Member of the software organization business systems analysts team as the lead for projects for our VoIP business unit
Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams
Work with the business owners to groom/clarify requirements (Use cases/User stories) and exit/acceptance criteria
Identify impacted systems and engage software architecture and development resources accordingly
Proactively communicate and collaborate with all required parties to analyze information, needs and functional requirements
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Plans and sometimes executes system demos and acceptance testing
Works closely with development managers/leads to ensure the ask is full understood and to determine scope and level of effort of business requests and coordinates between the development team(s) and business owners throughout the release cycle
May provide consultation to users, software support team and or training department on systems.
Track project details and keep up-to-date and accurate documentation on Sharepoint and/or TeamTrack ticketing system
Required Skill Set:
VoIP experience a MUST : 3+ years preferred
Experience with the Broadsoft (R17) platform strongly desired
Technically savvy person (previous software development, software architecture, software QA or telecom network engineering experience ideal)
Significant experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams
Project Management / SCRUM Master experience
Positive and can-do attitude
Expertise in software development lifecycle
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time (2-5 depending on size)
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Desire to learn and drive to make it happen
Ability to work independently and own assigned projects
Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Ability to work independently with users to define concepts on designing and implementing solutions.
Ability to create and maintain configuration documentation, diagrams, deployment guides and troubleshooting guides with up-to-date information
