We?re looking for a skilled and dynamic professional to serve as the liaison between our global sales teams and our CRM/Salesforce.com solution. Our global sales teams rely on Salesforce.com to drive revenue, build and maintain customer relationships, and facilitate the delivery of our Daily Deal product to our worldwide consumer base. As part of our Sales Operations Team, the Business Systems Analyst will conduct database administration, user on-boarding/management, and technical troubleshooting to ensure our CRM solution operates at peak efficiency.

Drive functional and usability enhancements in global Salesforce.com (SFDC) instance
Serve as a subject matter expert concerning all systems, tools, reporting and data in support of a rapidly growing global sales organization
Seamlessly traverse across functions as an internal global ambassador of the sales team
Project/Program manage roll out of new features and functions within SFDC ensuring global alignment with exceptional planning and communications
Serve as the liaison between on-boarding, training, sales support and technology teams for all matters related to the operations of SFDC
Gather functional business requirements from across the sales organization to develop business requirements documentation
Develop reports/dashboards for critical business metrics
2-4 years professional experience supporting sales or customer service operations in a Salesforce.com environment
Experience in all administrative aspects of Salesforce.com user support such as assigning appropriate levels and permissions, create/modify/delete user accounts, and custom reporting
Ability to quickly asses user issues, troubleshoot/resolve issues, or escalate as necessary
Extraordinary interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams
Proactive problem solver with proven track record for improving CRM solutions in a fast paced environment
Bonus points for SFDC certification
