This position will require a self-reliant individual to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of complex tasks. The HRIS Analyst will report to IT and work closely with HR departments to understand complex business processes and strategies. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Manages day-to-day administration of all HR systems and their integrations (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, etc)
Plans and executes HR systems upgrades and implementation projects
Review, analyze, evaluate, and document user requirements
Configure and develop workflow rules and integration to meet requirements
Develop and automate reports for the business units as needed
Create and transmits benefit/HR interface files, troubleshoots as required
Ensure solution designs are in line with security and scalability best practices
Ensure data integrity across all HR systems and integrations
Assist with integration of third-party vendors
Provide training and administrative support for users; administer accounts, permissions, and configurations
Proactively support business units by keeping current on new HRIS releases and enhancements and communicating potential process improvements to the business units
Assists HR Manager with various compliance programs including, but not limited to, EEO-1 annual report
Strong working knowledge of Workday, including both functional and technical Workday applications, theories, and best practices.
Working knowledge of key HR functions: Recruiting, Onboarding, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Learning Management, and Workforce Analytics.
Solid project management skills and working knowledge of systems development methodology.
Advanced technical skills in the areas of relational database management, reporting software, integration, and general office applications.
Strong knowledge of web services and EDI.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of business process design/redesign practices.
Solid verbal and written communications skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3 or more years of previous experience in HRIS.
