Business Systems Programmer Analyst DriveCam

Position Summary:This position is responsible for supporting DriveCam?s Enterprise Applications and related systems supporting back-end business processes. Responsibilities include solution design, development and testing of customizations, interfaces and reports. DriveCam?s Enterprise Application environment includes NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce.com, ETL Tools (CastIron, Boomi), SQL databases and SQL Reporting Services.
Responsibilities:
Defining and documenting solution design to meet business requirements
Designing and developing system integrations with use case appropriate tools (e.g. Boomi, CastIron, BizTalk)
Designing and developing business application customizations with appropriate tools (e.g. SalesForce APEX and/or VisualForce, NetSuite Suitescript)
Configure APIs and Web Services between applications that are both local and web-based
Developing and supporting complex, highly efficient SQL queries and reports in SQL Server Reporting Services
Testing deliverables against requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
5 or more years experience with integration technologies (e.g. ETL, ESB)
5 or more years development experience on a Microsoft platform (e.g. SQL Server, XML, etc.)
Strong knowledge of SQL, including data modeling, stored procedures, triggers, performance and tuning
Knowledge of JavaScript, Apex and similar object oriented programming language (web-based software design)
Experience creating and consuming SOAP- and REST-based web services
Experience with unit testing concepts and frameworks
Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions and the mining of information from data warehouses via SSRS or similar tools
Familiar with best practices for cross-system reporting and sharing data between SaaS applications
Familiarity with ERP and billing systems, preferably subscription billing
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
Proven ability to design and integrate business processes across disparate SaaS systems
Team oriented, with a collaborative approach for addressing challenges
Highly developed organizational skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written skills, able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
Strong customer focus and ability to work directly with users in a professional manner
Prior experience in a fast-paced, services environment
Expert skills with MS Word, Visio, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SharePoint development a plus
Experience/Education Required:
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent work experience
Familiar with best practice approaches for software development, implementation and systems administration
