Business-to-Business (B2B) Copy Editor Zillow
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED You will work closely with the Zillow online marketing and industry relations teams to edit and help produce a variety of material connecting Zillow with real estate professionals.
It?s ideal that you understand B2B marketing and have experience in the field. Together with a copy writer you will produce content that is engaging, lively and effective. You will create messaging that can be developed, executed and measured across a variety of channels. You will also be responsible for helping to develop and maintain brand voice and style.
Your main role will be to edit and produce communications that will be seen by real estate pros, including real estate agents, lenders, home improvement specialists, designers and contractors and any other real estate professional imaginable.
Having experience and an understanding of best practices in SEO and SEM strategies is preferred.
As the gate-keeper of Zillow?s B2B messaging, you will ensure the integrity of Zillow?s brand and voice and will help create, edit and manage materials that are consistent in tone and style. Your general responsibilities are as follows:
Edit site content
Edit collateral (case studies and articles)
Edit white papers
Edit landing pages
Edit video scripts
Edit ad copy
Edit the Zillow for Pros Blog
Manage and update stylebook
Collaborate with SEM, SEO and social media teams
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous B2B editing experience preferred (4-6 years).
Exceptional editing and writing skills.
Deep knowledge and adherence to AP Style
Strong eye for detail.
Able to handle multiple projects.
Good at meeting deadlines.
Works well in a collaborative, team environment.
Experienced and comfortable with using a variety of software and online applications including WordPress, Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
