You will be a self-motivated, passionate individual who lives and breathes business management with particular interest in disruptive technology in high value dynamic markets. In particular, you will have a background in owning operations or solution management in growing a line of business in Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS or managed services. As a business leader, you will be looking to take full ownership of revenue growth, new product concepts, investment business case development to delight customers and grow into new, profitable markets in data security. The role will require cross collaboration with Voltage Product Management teams, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Cloud Operations and may involve planning and management of both cloud and core Voltage SecureMail Enterprise product elements which span enterprise and cloud delivery.
With the SaaS landscape changing constantly and with new cloud and mobile initiatives adding new dimensions to the problem of securing data, your knowledge in product management and Agile Software developer techniques, and online software and service delivery will set you aside as a leader in your space. You will have skills and product or SaaS operations management, drive and experience in the following areas:
Enterprise and service provider software development ? ideally in cloud SaaS delivery related to compliance and security
SaaS market savvy, bringing new best practices to your business to drive innovation, agility and customer satisfaction
Business decision making skills for laser focused prioritization ? taking customer feature requests, emerging market needs, competitive needs to roadmap and working product and service
Market analysis ? segmenting to focus growth on high return market segments to focus strategy and solution direction
Agile software development ? scrum and sprint experience to facilitate working with engineering and product management teams
Top class presentation skills to sell your ideas internally to a receptive and dynamic executive management team
Knowledge of e-commerce business operations for SaaS delivery such as payments, billing, subscriptions
Work with the Enterprise Product team to leverage solutions in a collaborative way at all times
Big picture business views, but staying close to the details that count in delighting customers

Detailed Responsibilities include
Drives market research and intelligence, including competitive analysis and intelligence, and define market segmentation, buyer personas and external influences with product management to drive product and business decisions.
Own the product roadmap, backlog, priorities and interfaces directly with Engineering Leaders to implement and release product
Model revenue projections for online service delivery to align to aggressive growth goals.
Engage customers on a regular basis to maintain product influence relationships and have go-to ?reference? relationships for validation of ideas
Business and market analysis of new and emerging markets, evaluating investment concepts and building a business case for investment with the VP of Product Management.
The candidate must possess business analysis skills and the ability to translate business planning into product execution.
Supports marketing strategies for the product line, sales automation, including lead and demand generation with core content and market direction strategies for growth
Works actively with the entire organization to ensure that customers are happy/satisfied users of our Cloud solutions. Provides high-level support for sales efforts, competitor profiles, sales training and tools. Develops and manages customer care programs and upsell/expansion efforts. Interface with our clients to understand their strategies and to ensure that the product continues to play a key role in its execution.
Establish, implement, and monitor SaaS operational execution best practices
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to adapt messaging to target audience are a must ? public speaking a major plus

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
At least 8 years of experience specifically in SaaS product or managed security operations in the software industry ? Cloud SaaS expertise a plus
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills along with strong presentation skills.
