We?re looking for an object-oriented developer who takes pride in building innovative, scalable applications in pursuit of a great user experience. You'll join the talented team that designs, develops, implements and maintains Sawbuck?s award-winning web and mobile applications. Develop responsive, intuitive and addictive Web 2.0 applications using ASP.NET 3.5/4.0 and SQL Server 2008 with LINQ
Use object-oriented design principles to create efficient, modular code that integrates with the work of others
Work with designers, front-end developers and product managers to build seamless applications that our users will love
Convert specifications and requirements into functional web applications, web services and modules
Modify, test, debug, and implement changes to data-driven web applications and libraries
Design and implement data models with SQL and LINQ
Requirements
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years practical, hands-on experience developing object-oriented applications (preferably with .NET and C#)
Expert in Visual Studio, Eclipse or similar integrated development environment
Good knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members
Comfortable with an iterative design process that includes accepting and incorporating feedback and constructive criticism (i.e. you can't have a thin skin)
