Position Description:Packet Design is seeking a CALA Sales Account Manager to sell Packet Designs complete Route and Traffic Analytics software product line to new and existing customers in the CALA territory. The position entails prospecting, lead qualification, technical presentations, forecasting and closing business.

Packet Design, Inc. offers a range of IP network analysis and control solutions that enhance the reliability, efficiency and predictability of IP networks, while retaining the economic and operational benefits that have established IP as the preeminent network for business and the Internet. Packet Design is located in Santa Clara, California.
Experience Requirements:
5 years+ experience selling network management and/or system management software
Excellent working knowledge of IP, routing protocols, and network hardware
Track record of building a new territory, preferably at a start-up
Closed multiple 500K+ software license agreements
Technical background or systems engineering experience a plus
Experience selling to G1000 end user customers in the CALA Region
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to travel frequently, economically and on short notice
Must speak/write Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently.
Education Requirements
College degree with technical training is preferred.
