The Call Coach is the direct liaison between our Client Services Managers and internal teams. The Call Coach is accountable for coaching and developing their reps to meet/exceed assigned goals, ensuring high quality output and creating a professional and team-oriented environment in which to work.
? Demonstrate leadership with strong, motivational, mentoring/coaching and supervisory skills including team meetings and individual one on one time.
? Provide qualitative and actionable feedback and recommendations.
? Take disciplinary action with representatives as necessary including counseling, written warnings and terminations.
? Responsible for the growth and performance of each team member to ensure they are achieving their true potential.
? Ability to meet goals & product service lines by driving your team's ability to perform.
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills along with concise and detailed coaching feedback.
? Strong analytical skills, reporting recommendations and proactive solutions.
? Keep a fully staffed team at all times by interviewing new candidates.
? Seek to continually grow knowledge base in order to implement best practices across all client programs and the Company, including training for specific products or processes to all team members.
? Create an environment where the retention and expansion of the client account is possible and maintain a fully staffed team at all times.
Required 3-5 years of previous Call Coach or Team Lead experience preferrable in a Call Center Environment.
Experience in managin at least 5-10 direct reports.
Previous motivational accomplishments wiht teams.
Experienced in meeting and exceeding metrics & goals.
Experienced in containing team turnover and keeping attriiton trending downward.
