Summary / Responsibilities - Call Center & Cashiering Representative :
Provides assistance to customers via telephone, in-person, and correspondence in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Accurately handle complaints concerning tickets or services rendered in a professional and courteous manner.
Accurately process, document and record mail correspondence.
Prepares paperwork for processing of refund due to customers.
Research and review correspondence to assess action to be taken.
