Call Center Representative Genoa Healthcare

This position will be responsible for calling refills due listed clients, while inquiring on and reviewing compliance of medications, and reporting information from resulting calls. Strong focus on client retention and Genoa?s goals and objectives for Call Center.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact Clients for approval on refilling medications due, and evaluate client?s medication compliance
Serves as a patient advocate. Enhances a collaborative relationship to maximize the patient?s and
family?s ability to make informed decisions.
Establish, maintain and foster positive and harmonious working relationships while contacting
Directs clients to other areas of assistance, recommends & logs if RPh consult is needed.
Returns Refill report information from resulting calls.
Provides feedback information on daily calls to manager.
Prepares reports for management regarding call history results that have been assigned.
Works Refill Due Assigned call list to ensure appropriate resources assigns are completed.
Reports issues that arise to manager and seeks direction as needed.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Licensed as Pharmacy Technician
Proficient in MS office applications
Ability to work effectively and negotiate with co-workers and clients in a professional manner
Establish, maintain and foster positive and harmonious working relationships with mental health clients
Work effectively with diverse populations, cultures and interest groups
Review of client profiles and inquire of compliance with medications
Gather information and prepare a variety of reports
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills
Act as an effective liaison between clients and Call Center / Genoa Sites
Ability to empathize with clients, understand their point of view and advocate for them effectively
