Essential Responsibilities
Actively participate in answering and fielding incoming calls including order placement, general information, and product specific inquiries.
Duties in Detail
- Take inbound calls from customers, prioritize, and problem solve while remaining professional under pressure.
- Check computer for product availability.
- Field, track, and close quality controls complaints, service issues, and vendor relations.
- Conduct sales via telephone and Internet and enter customer information into systems.
- Up-sell when possible.
- Contact customers or external clients to provide follow up as needed.
- Effectively communicate and listen to customers.
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's degree in Specialized Business or comparable customer service experience preferred.
- Dependable and self motivated.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow up and follow through skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Accepts coaching and direction.
