Description: The Call Coach is the direct liaison between our Client Services Managers and internal teams. The Call Coach is accountable for coaching and developing their reps to meet/exceed assigned goals, ensuring high quality output and creating a professional and team-oriented environment in which to work.
Duties:? Effectively manage (7-10) reps: clearly communicate to them about their performance, make recommendations on areas of opportunity in outbound calling, and reward their accomplishments.
? Ensure all reps meet Company outbound calling metrics and standards.
? Meet weekly call monitoring goals
? Show initiative by attempting to solve problems, suggest improvements, and always keep a proactive (not reactive) mindset. Stay continually focused on the Company's clients and how we can produce better results in the call center to keep them satisfied and programs on-going.
? Demonstrate leadership in the call center with strong motivational, mentoring/coaching skills.
? Pay close attention to detail, setting an example to all reps of the importance of QC.
? Ensure all reps meet the Company's billable time standards.
? Take disciplinary action with reps as necessary including counsels, warnings, and terminations.
? Be fair and professional with all reps.
? Be organized and efficient, and meet any specified due dates set by management.
? Keep the call center morale positive with an emphasis on teamwork.
? Seek to continually grow Call Center knowledge base to be able to implement best practices across all client programs and the Company.
? Proven outbound/pre sales track record in business-to-business required
? More than 2 years leadership experience of fifteen or more reps/employees in an outbound call center environment.
? Holds several certifications in business to business solution selling
? Experience with call monitoring/quality monitoring applications and systems.
? Possess strong leadership skills, strong motivational, mentoring/coaching skills.
? Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven presentation skills.
? Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
? Proficient computer skills (Windows: Word, Excel, Power point).
? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field (preferred)
