Calling Services Representative II Construction Software Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Calling Services Representative II will be responsible for qualifying sales leads and securing
appointments and opportunities to generate new revenue within iSqFt. The Calling Services Representative II will make
an average of 100 outbound calls per day.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers with the
goal of gathering company information
? Work campaigns and have conversations with companies in the construction industry about their business and
how iSqFt assists in the preconstruction phase.
? Contact prospects and existing customer to attend marketing events, seminars, and training sessions
? Survey prospects and customers and collect accurate responses
? Be able to overcome common objections with relevant questions or facts
? Gather facts and be able to accurately classify industry business categories
Experience and Educational Requirements:
? Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
? Strong oral and written communication skills.
? Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes.
? Strong time management skills.
? Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.).
? Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
? Ability to work effectively with and assist others in a team environment.
? Ability to quickly and expertly navigate the worldwide web, including utilization of appropriate search techniques.
? Ability to talk and transcribe on a computer simultaneously
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to walk; sit; type on computer keyboard; talk or hear;
answer telephone; look at computer screen. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work
environment can be high at times.
