Campaign Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Campaign Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support a team of Account Managers and their portfolio of advertiser campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator provides excellent customer service, both externally and internally, and works closely with Account Managers to understand campaign objectives. Additionally, the Campaign Coordinator will interact frequently with other departments such as Sales, Ad Operations and Finance to resolve client inquiries. They will report daily to a Sr. Account Manager and Team Lead.
Essential functions:
Will be responsible for assisting Account Managers with campaign set-up sheets, SalesForce cases, pre-launch calls, active campaign reporting, post campaign reporting, budgets shifts, brand safety issues, and other troubleshooting issues that the AMs currently handle. This will allow AMs to focus on their primary responsibilities including delivery and performance in an effort to renew and grow existing campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator will also respond to incoming inquiries from Sales and client contacts to help streamline this process.
Nonessential functions:
The Campaign Coordinator will additionally help setup campaigns, create pixels, and provide screenshots during the busy periods improving turnaround time in general and ensuring a smooth campaign launch process. Also, the person in this position will provide feedback and recommendations to the Product Development team on internal campaign set up and management tools.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong overall computer skills.
- Strong analytic aptitude.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Ability and willingness to train new team members.

Minimum qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience; online advertising/account management experience is a plus.
- BA/BS degree.

The candidate should be eager for an opportunity to learn about the industry and the value AudienceScience provides to customers. Candidates should work well with others but also be able to handle many tasks autonomously. An interest in data and analytics and desire to interpret information and present to others is also preferred.
