The Campaign Delivery Manager is a team leader responsible for managing the delivery and flawless execution of Datalogix targeting and measurement products. This leader will lead the day-to-day management of existing campaigns and also the continuous improvement of execution processes and procedures. Delivery Management is the key liaison between the sales / account teams and the product operations teams ensuring continuity, quality and accuracy of all product deliverables.
Key responsibilities include
Builds and manages a team to effectively support all vertical GTM teams? sales efforts
Produces top down and bottoms up project schedules, risk plans, and communication plans using the correct tools that accurately reflect the scope of work but that also consider client expectations
Coordinates all product operations to ensure teams are staying on track with client deliverables
Incorporates quality control processes into each project ? i.e. testing, proofreading
Provides direction and insightful solutions to issues as they arise
Develops status reports and leads status meetings
Guides teams on mitigating risks
Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies and engages the appropriate stakeholders to put improvements in place
Skills and Qualifications
7-10 years of professional project management experience, preferably in an advertising related field
Bachelor?s degree in related marketing field a plus
Campaign delivery experience a plus
Strong organizational and excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse project load
The ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Be able to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner
Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion and meet tight deadlines
Able to develop detailed work breakdown structures
Understands Web technologies
