Campaign Director ON24

JOB SUMMARY

The Campaign Director is primarily responsible for the management and execution of lead generation campaigns. The Campaign Director will help ON24 develop a best-of-class lead generation / campaign management service offering. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills including the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be able to manage campaigns from inception to completion and conduct analysis on the performance of the campaigns.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and management campaign management value added services
Hire and manage campaign management staff as needed to support customer demand
Be the primary client point of contact for all campaign related activities and ensure that all campaigns meet client expectations, are executed on-time, and are error free
Development and deployment of copy/creative for outbound email marketing campaigns
Analyze results and make recommendations based on campaign performance
Increase efficiencies through the creation of new (and optimization of current) processes
Support internal teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to insure campaign management services are effectively communicated and scoped.
Provide performance reports to clients and sales


REQUIREMENTS

10 years experience in a customer service role
Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace
Solid understanding of webcasting and virtual events
Knowledge of Unica and Eloqua marketing platforms
Firm understanding of data analysis tools and techniques
The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and perform a variety of functional roles within a small team
Must have experience measuring and communicating results of marketing/advertising efforts
