Campaign Inside Sales Representative Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Clarabridge?s energetic and aggressive sales team is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Campaign Insides Sales Representative (ISR) that is self-motivated and dynamic. The Campaign ISR must be proactive and diligent in driving key prospects to upcoming Sales and Marketing events.
Cold-calling key prospects, titles, personas to drive attendance to events
Becoming a subject matter expert and acquiring ongoing marketplace intelligence by researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources
Build and maintain a database of prospects by conducting research on key accounts, titles, and personas that Clarabridge drives value to
Use company database of contacts as a source of leads while generating prospects yourself with tools provided
Increase knowledge and stay up-to-date with our company?s offerings
Produce summaries and weekly reports of activity and results.
Proper follow up with qualified prospects driving them to Inside or Outside Sales
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing group
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience, preferred
1 -2 years of inside and/or outside experience with cold calling experience
Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
Experience with solution selling and value-based selling is preferred
