Campaign Management Specialist Nexage

The Campaign Management Specialist will work hand in hand with sales and the demand management team to field inventory requests from demand clientele as well as to flight, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns with the goal of renewing business. Expectations are to become a trusted point of contact for the client, and to work with the customers meeting their campaign objectives. Additional expectations include:Implementing campaigns within Nexage's ad serving platform
Monitoring the daily performance and delivery of each campaign and line item
Top level analysis for ongoing campaign delivery status and performance
Maintaining and revising the campaigns at advertiser's request
Strategizing with the demand team to enhance performance of campaigns
Creating monthly reports by inventory type for quick distribution by the demand and sales team as needed
Support demand team by pulling demand partner inventory requests, forecasting, and pricing recommendations as needed
Assist sales with proposal building and responses
Building solid customer relationships, acting as point person for customer questions and concerns
Proactively reaching out to customers and demand partners to discuss campaign performance
Required Skills:
--Bachelor's degree
--1-3 years professional experience
--Mobile and/or media agency experience
--Strong Customer Service Skills
--Excellent spoken and written communication skills
--Ability to learn new tasks quickly
--Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
--Ability to work independently and with a team
--Positive attitude and professional demeanor
--Ability to grow and change with the position as Nexage grows and changes
