Campaign Manager, Boingo Media Boingo Wireless
The Campaign Manager works with clients, partners, the sales team, and other members of the Ad Operations team to oversee a media campaign from IO to completion. Once a campaign has been sold, the Campaign Manager jumps in. They work directly with the Client to identify requirements for the campaign, establish timelines and asset requirements. They ensure assets are delivered on time so the campaign can be flighted according to the IO. They provide ongoing communication and reporting to the Client and Sales during the length of the campaign. They juggle multiple campaigns with aplomb, are great in a crisis, and excellent problem solvers. Above all, they have excellent customer service and communication skills. Key Performance Indicators are ensuring campaign delivery and performance, leading to renewals.
Lead campaign kick-off calls with Client, Sales and Ad Operations
Define the deliverable requirements for the client, along with key dates
Manage ongoing communication with Client and Sales during campaign
Work alongside the Traffic Manager to keep Client and Sales up to date on campaign performance, optimization suggestions, and delivery concerns.
Deliver ongoing reporting during the campaign, as well as a campaign wrap-up
Lead campaign wrap-up calls
Provide post-campaign gifts to clients as appropriate
Provide professional client service to sales team and clients.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
Ad network experience
Well versed in optimization techniques
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Office. Understanding of HTML/XML coding, Web Browsers and ability to edit using basic text editors.
