Campaign Manager, Brands & Agencies Outbrain

Outbrain is seeking an Campaign Manager in San Francisco that will play a key role helping to grow our business. The Campaign Manager will work closely with Sales and Business Development, as well as liaise with the R&D team, to support and engage the advertising partners.
The Campaign Manager will specifically focus on campaigns from agencies and brands. This will include managing all aspects of the advertising campaign post sale, including but not limited to kick off calls, campaign implementation & launch, providing insight and strategic direction to the client, optimization of campaigns (title and CPC testing), reporting, upselling for future campaigns, as well as assisting in proposal development pre-sale. The candidate must be extremely knowledgeable and passionate about online media and the web as a marketing platform.
Qualifications
2-3 years of online advertising or agency experience
Ability to hit the ground running and work in a remote office (initially the only Account Manager in San Francisco)
Participate in the development of account strategies for long term revenue growth
Proven ability and desire to interface with clients both remotely and face to face to provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management.
Work closely with sales on advertising campaign launches, on-going support, renewals and general account maintenance.
Possess the technical aptitude and desire to learn the intricacies of the Outbrain system and to leverage that knowledge to help clients with support issues.
Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data.
Continue to develop best practices as learnings become more established and consistent
Desire to attend topical conferences and meetups as an Outbrain evangelist
