Campaign Manager Zuora

Join as a Campaign Manager, where you can assist in campaign planning and the optimization process for our Global Sales Development team. Our Demand Generation team is located in Foster City, California.
You will be the focal point for all communication between demand generation and sales development for any global campaigns you are managing. Duties involve develop Integrated Campaigns and executing strategic marketing programs for Zuora across our customer segments and key industries to support new customer acquisition, revenue, and branding objectives.
Manage outbound and inbound nurturing campaigns for key industry segments
Create strategy for and oversee implementation of multi-channel email marketing programs that generate leads and build sales pipeline, including webinars, vertical campaigns, customer emails, landing pages, SEM, etc.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and improve overall program effectiveness over time
Team with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to define goals and metrics for multi-touch campaigns
Own all aspects of email marketing campaign conversion funnel through marketo for your specific campaigns
Produce campaign recap summaries (e.g., email campaign metrics, web performance metrics, webinar registrants, net new leads, conversion rates, etc.).
Generate reports, trouble-shoot campaign issues, monitor campaign success/productivity, and execute other administrative duties.
Desired Skills and Experience:
You think about more than just one touch, the flow of the campaign, the whole customer WOW experience, and you love agile-marketing(testing, measuring, iterating).
2-4+ Years Campaign/Marketing experience. Enterprise B2B experience a plus
Create and drive repeatable lead nurturing/drip programs to move prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline
Optimize emails and mailing strategy for highest open and click through rates
Contribute to the creation of effective landing pages for email programs
Write new Zuora emails that go out each week
Continuously optimize mailing strategies to drive higher returns including A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, message content, offers, mailing frequency, segments, etc.
Utilize reporting capabilities within marketo and external reporting tools to measure and track performance of campaigns
Utilize the best email practices to ensure CAN-SPAM compliance
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Marketing and Development and virtual teams in EMEA and Sydney.
Experience with marketo, pardot, eloqua is a big plus
Bachelor?s degree (preferably in business, marketing, technology or a related field).
