Position Summary
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of email campaigns for PulsePoint clients. In this role, you will support clients by researching, developing, managing, and analyzing interactive marketing initiatives within the scope of the client?s business objectives. You will be responsible for the planning, executing and managing digital media; effectively communicating marketing results and recommendations via written reports; and providing learning for case studies. You will also be responsible for analysis of data related to campaigns and ongoing site activity and making actionable recommendations based on that data.
Major Functions
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Work with clients to mange and execute against marketing calendars.
Develop, plan, and execute interactive marketing efforts.
Help develop and implement measurement tactics to ensure all key data is tracked.
Optimize creative approval process.
Develop reports and presentations: highlight significant trends and provide insight from analyzing patterns and data (be able to tell a story from it) and provide recommendations for improvements to online program
Assist in the design and lead the execution and analysis of primary research (both quantitative and qualitative).
Provide strategic recommendations related to interactive marketing by analyzing competition, audience, industry data, offline initiatives, and primary/secondary research.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients and account team members.
Experience in developing and managing interactive marketing campaigns, with specific concentration in email advertising.
Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing
Demonstrated understanding of key marketing principles
Experience in managing, analyzing, and evaluating interactive marketing initiatives.
General understanding of HTML and web technology.
Strong knowledge of web analytics / log file analysis methodology and applications preferred.
Understanding of marketing strategy to provide insight to strategies.
Fluency in the MS Office Suite, with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.
Experience in analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research data/results.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and applying secondary research.
Education/Experience
Bachelors Degree in a related field
Three or more years experience in interactive marketing, analytics, or related field.
Interactive agency or consulting experience in a client-facing role preferred.
