MLG is seeking a smart, analytical individual to join our AdOps team as a Campaign Manager responsible for trafficking and managing our partnerships. This individual will work closely with AdOps leadership and Sales to manage the direct sold campaigns and ad networks and to execute these campaigns for maximum monetization. Traffic incoming campaigns into MLG?s workflow systems - DFP Premium, LiveRail, SalesForce, etc.
Daily management of our direct partnership, marketing and 3rd party ad campaigns including trafficking, pacing and optimization.
Test all ad creative for compliance with mobile/tablet/dektop device specifications as well as functionality.
In conjunction with Yield Manager, review daily and weekly campaign reports to track performance and making optimization to drive maximum yield.
Partner with AdOps management and Engineering to troubleshoot delivery issues and optimize campaign performance.
Work with Engineering & AdOps to set technical functionality in place to deliver on waterfall of inventory.
Participate in initiatives that will automate and streamline yield mediation of our various networks.
Support the rest of the AdOps team as needed.
PowerPoint sales deck creation
BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
2-4 years digital advertising operations experience
Exceptional trouble-shooting and creative problem solving to meet high performance demands
Proactive learner with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with regularly shifting priorities & heavy workload.
Experience with digital ad servers (DFP, AdTech, FreeWheel, etc)
Experience in Ad Operations specifically, with a strong familiarity with video campaigns and/or video ad networks.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with exceptional analytical skills.
Experience working & communicating effectively with cross-functional departments; sales, marketing, online and creative
Comprehensive understanding of key success metrics for digital campaigns
