Vibrant is seeking a highly motivated Campaign (Traffic) Manager to provide support in all aspects of campaign planning, implementation and fulfillment. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for ensuring the flawless technical execution and optimization of complex in-text and contextual display campaigns for Vibrant's roster of Blue Chip clients and Publishers.
We are looking for someone that can:
- Manage all aspects of the setup, trouble-shooting and ongoing daily management of complex display and in-text campaigns
- Traffic campaigns and implement various types of banners (gif, jpg, html, flash etc.) in multiple ad serving environments
- Optimize and report on campaign performance based on advertiser campaign objectives
- Regularly provide proactive recommendations for better and more effective delivery
- Utilize detail oriented project management and entrepreneurial skills to execute in a fast moving environment
- Monitor network performance, including site integration quality assurance and revenue optimization
- Maintain external client communication to ensure compliance with all creative requirements and resolution of tracking and 3rd Party discrepancy problems
- Spearhead process enhancements to help get a new product off the ground and become successful
- Work closely with multiple internal teams including Business Development, Creative, Publisher Operations, Tech and Finance to ensure optimum campaign placement, performance, delivery and revenue recognition
Skills you will need to be successful in this role:
- 2-4 years minimum online ad-trafficking experience, preferably including keyword campaign management
- Flawless attention to detail â€" exact precision in data input is a must
- Proven experience of online ad-serving and rich media technologies; DFA/DFP, Atlas, Adtech, Motif, Eyeblaster
- Knowledge of video ad-serving technologies and platforms
- Familiarity with common ad verification technologies
- Experience managing campaigns in a Demand Side Platform or Exchange environment strongly preferred
- Experience working with data-driven behavioral or audience targeted campaigns and delivery models
- Sound understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact comfortably with clients externally as well as varied internal departments
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Strong analytical skills; experience managing and manipulating large volumes of data a plus
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours (if necessary) to accomplish business objectives
- Bachelor's Degree
