Campaign Manager - Part-time ON24

The Campaign Manager is primarily responsible for scoping, management and execution of lead generation campaigns. The Campaign Manager will help ON24 develop a best-of-class lead generation / campaign management service offering. The successful candidate will be able to manage campaigns from inception to completion and conduct analysis on the performance of the campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills including the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients. It is also important that the candidate has a good understanding of the media publishing landscape to quickly match a client?s requirements with the right media partner and delivery mechanism.
This is a part-time role initially (25 to 35 hrs per week) with the possibility of growing into a full-time position in the future.
Media scoping and planning (10%):
o Quickly assess a client?s needs and develop a plan for lead generation delivery, including matching the project with the appropriate media partners
o Support internal teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure campaign management services are effectively communicated and scoped
Campaign Management (70%):
o Be the primary client point of contact for all campaign related activities and ensure that all campaigns meet client expectations, are executed on-time, and are error free
o Analyze results and make recommendations based on campaign performance
o Provide performance reports to clients and sales
o Development and deployment of copy/creative for outbound email marketing campaigns (occasionally)
Streamline and enhance internal processes (20%):
o Increase efficiencies through the creation of new (and optimization of current) processes
5 years of progressive professional experience in a marketing, business development, or professional services role
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
Superior project management skills
Able to operate independently and deal well with ambiguity
Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace
Solid understanding of webcasting and virtual events
Firm understanding of data analysis tools and techniques
The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and perform a variety of functional roles within a small team
Must have experience measuring and communicating results of marketing/advertising efforts
Experience with developing and streamlining business processes
Knowledge of SalesForce.com preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Solid quantitative skills
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or other relevant field
