Summary
SendMe is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to provide support in all aspects of campaign planning, implementation and fulfillment. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for ensuring the flawless technical execution and optimization of complex CPA-driven online display, behavioral, social, and in-text campaigns for our roster of products and Publishers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- All aspects of the setup, trouble-shooting and ongoing daily management of complex in-text, CPA-driven display, behavioral, and social advertising campaigns
- Explore new online media segments to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work with internal teams Creative, Compliance, Marketing, and Tech to create landing page flows for your marketing campaigns.
- Continually launch, optimize, analyze, and report on campaign performance and new tests. Extract learnings and identify areas for improvement and next steps based on the data.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a top tier university
- Advanced analytical skills, quantitative thinker, extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- 2-4 years minimum online marketing campaign experience, with a focus on display advertising Expertise in at least one area is required: ad exchanges, social and behavioral, and in-text advertising. Experience managing SEM and/or other text-driven advertising is also a big plus
- Flawless attention to detail exact precision is a must
- Proven experience with online ad-serving technologies such as; Dart, Atlas, Mediaplex, etc.
- Experience working with heavily data-driven, ROI ad delivery models (eg, lead gen and direct response) preferred, as strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on the numbers are essential
- Sound understanding of HTML and JavaScript. Knowledge of CSS, ASP, SQL and DHTML an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact comfortably with clients externally as well as varied internal departments
- Must be creative and able to think outside the box with regard to developing new banner concepts and landing pages
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, is a must
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, is a plus.
