Campaign Manager Vizu

We are looking for a smart, driven, innovative person to become part of our Advertising Operations team. Vizu?s customers include leading brands, agencies, publishers, ad networks, and DSPs, and you will be exposed to a vast array of ad products, our technology, and the technologies our clients use. You'll also take on additional responsibilities that will expand your skill-set beyond pure ad ops, from helping our customers implement best practices around leveraging technology to measure brand advertising effectiveness to helping us create, implement, and manage best practices internally for finance and billing.
The Campaign Manager will manage Vizu's Brand Measurement studies in conjunction with advertising campaigns. This role will interface with internal and external customers translating operational tasks/requirements/deliverable to ensure consistency. Excellent client service is a requirement for this role as the business is fast moving and clients need things done right the first time. The candidate for this role will have familiarity with adservers, ad tags, market research methodologies and operational functions (i.e. best practices, checklists and performance metrics).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Vizu account managers and sales team members to guide successful implementation kick-off meetings with clients for new campaigns.
Guide our clients through the tag categorization and generation process utilizing our externally facing tool.
Guide clients through the campaign setup process and set expectations for what they will receive, and what next steps will be.
Occasionally generate tags for clients, distribute to relevant parties, and work with our customers and their partners to implement the tags.
After campaign launch, communicating to clients any updates and required adjustments
Monitor and manage the successful delivery of Vizu studies
Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues with our customers, ad serving vendors, 3rd party technologies, other rich media and internal departments.
Provide analysis and reporting on campaign delivery and make suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Provide professional customer service to our clients, our sales team, and product team.
Recommend improvements to our trafficking, quality assurance process and set process guidelines
Maintain financial records for campaigns and historical campaign details.
Create and maintain records for internal reporting on campaigns and clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Great interpersonal and client relationship skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Great organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A track record of working collaboratively as part of a larger (preferably sales) team
Be able to adapt quickly to new products, processes and technologies
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, thinking outside of the box, and resolving problems
Excellent verbal/written communication skills; polished and professional demeanor
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
BA/BS degree
Is a self-starter and enjoys a work hard, play hard environment.
The ideal candidate will also have:
2-4 yrs relevant experience in online media trafficking with an industry standard ad-serving vendor (Atlas, DFA, DFP, OAS, AdTech, etc.)
Knowledge of online advertising models, including rich media technologies.
Experience leading internal and external client meetings and conference calls to determine campaign requirements and properly set client expectations.
Experience leading clients through reporting interfaces as well as leading discussions on campaign events within the context of intricate details that clients are seeking.
