Responsys currently has multiple opportunities within the Campaign Services Group, which plans, builds, deploys and optimizes complex email-centric marketing programs for Fortune1000 clients.
Serve as an integral part of the Campaign Services team and represent Responsys in a professional manner during every client interaction
Build, test and launch simple to highly advanced email campaigns and interactive programs using the Responsys Interact platform on-time, on-budget and without any errors
Creation of test plans, QA, campaign launch, and post-deployment analysis
Set and manage customer expectations appropriately and ensure that these expectations are consistently met or exceeded
Ensure overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of projects
Contribute to the development and evolution of Campaign Services processes and documentation
Provide regular account updates to Client facing teams
Advanced knowledge of HTML (email a major plus) and/or quality assurance for interactive campaigns
2-5 years' experience in the email marketing or interactive marketing industry desired
Ideal candidate will excel at being a team worker, cool under pressure and very detail oriented
Qualified to Degree level or with equivalent experience
